A martial arts practitioner in his 20s who beat and knocked out a woman in her 40s for bumping into her on the road, causing injuries, was sentenced to prison and arrested in court.

On the 13th, Chief Judge Park Hyun-jin of the 메이저놀이터Wonju Branch of the Chuncheon District Court sentenced A (25), who was charged with injury and assault, to six months in prison and was arrested in court.

At around 3:05 am on November 15 of last year, Mr. A kicked Mr. B’s back as he was returning after a quarrel with Mr. B (45, female) for bumping into him while passing by on a road in Wonju City, and knocked Mr. B’s party down. C (57) was charged with hitting the face and back dozens of times.

According to the indictment, when Mr. B, who had fallen due to assault, lifted his face and sat down on the floor defenseless, Mr. A approached and kicked Mr. B’s face with his right foot like a soccer ball, knocking him out, and knocking Mr. C, who approached to stop him, knocking him down in the abdomen. It contained facts of indiscriminate violence.

The judge said, “The defendant hit victim C more than 10 times, making her nose bleed, and kicking Mr. B’s face like a soccer ball to make her pass out. There is also a high possibility of criticism.”

He added, “There is no particular effort to compensate for the damage,” but added, “However, the sentence was decided considering the fact that he admitted to the crime and had bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.”Mr. A appealed against the judgment of the first trial.
